Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) is a community-wide strategic planning and performance improvement process. The step-by-step process is driven by four assessments to improve the way the local public health system conducts community health planning and programming. Each step of the MAPP model includes a conceptual overview, practical guidance, tools, and case examples. This tri-fold, color brochure provides an overview of MAPP and can be used to familiarize new users and communities to the process.

You will not be charged any fee for PDFs with a listed price of $0. After you have placed your order for the PDF, you will be able to access it in your “My Transactions” and download it as many times as you’d like over a period of seven days.
