This fact sheet provides an overview of the key similarities and differences among three tools developed by NACCHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Assessment Protocol for Excellence in Public Health (APEXPH), Protocol for Assessing Community Excellence in Environmental Health (PACE EH), and Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP). This publication will help users decide which process is most appropriate for their needs.
