The Directory of Organizations Serving Older Adults assists communities in planning activities related to emergency preparedness and response for their oldest members by providing local health departments (LHDs ) with the ability to quickly identify organizations in their communities that focus on addressing the health needs of older adults in a variety of program areas. Use this directory to identify those organizations that provide direct services at the local level or can connect people to providers of direct services for older adults.
